（中央社記者溫貴香台北13日電）中國國民黨立法院黨團今天對立法院司法及法制委員會今天會議流會一事批評，民進黨團惡意杯葛、立法怠惰。民進黨團幹事長吳秉叡回批，自己違規還罵人。
立法院司法及法制委員會今天排定審查洗錢防制法修正草案、通訊保障及監察法修正草案與「兆豐金案件偵辦進度及預防措施」專題報告等案，但因人數不足，會議主席國民黨立委許淑華宣布將擇期再審，會議延會。
國民黨立法院黨團隨後召開記者會批評民進黨立法怠惰，許淑華說，會議要成會須有5席立委，但國民黨在司委會有4席立委，民進黨司委會立委郭正亮登記後臨時撤簽，導致會議無法進行，民進黨團透過各方放話院會正在審理大法官，希望委員會不要召開。
許淑華表示，院會與委員會兩者沒有相當直接關係，民進黨團卻自我閹割、立法怠惰。
國民黨團書記長江啟臣說，雖然全院委員會同一時間審查大法官人事資格，但兩者不衝突，且過去有前例可循，若以現在開全院委員會不能開司法及法制委員會為由，是惡意讓委員會流會，他並請媒體協尋不開會綠委去向。
國民黨團副書記長林為洲說，全院委員會與委員會同時開會不違反立法院議事規則，全院委員會開會有人質詢大法官被提名人，其他人就可以放1天假嗎？
民主進步黨立法院黨團幹事長吳秉叡說，國民黨團要破壞體制到什麼時候？自己違規還要罵人，全院委員會今天審查大法官資格是全天會議，請國民黨團把議事規則搞清楚，對民進黨團的指控完全沒有道理。1051013

近日蔬菜類價格居高不下，基隆市府由消保官、產發場等單位組成之物價稽查小組，於二十二日前往仁愛、成功等傳統市場、果菜批發市場及賣場等處訪查蔬菜價格。
目前市場蔬菜價格已有逐漸調降趨勢，因價格浮動較大，市場間價格仍有相當差異，消費者在選購時應貨比三家，除價格外也要查看所購蔬菜的品質。
物價稽查小組表示，傳統市場受訪攤商表示，近兩天部分蔬菜零售價格，因進貨價格較上周調降，零售價格相對較便宜。訪查家庭常購買之蔬菜類價格，雖較颱風前仍高出許多，但與上週各類蔬菜每台斤動則破百元比較，已相對便宜許多元。
賣場則因蔬菜進貨通路報價浮動較市場遲緩，蔬菜零售價格尚未能即時反映調降，但其中仍有較傳統市場便宜的蔬菜，對蔬菜售價較貴部分，業者表示將參考市售行情即時調整價格。
另外，果菜市場受訪攤商則表示，基隆市蔬菜銷售量相對其他縣市為少，整體而言尚不足左右市場價格，進貨價格多參考台北蔬果批發價格進貨，只要上游進貨價格調降，批發價及市場零售價一定跟者調降，不致有哄抬或囤積貨品之情形。
消保官指出，基隆市蔬菜批發或零售市場，相對其他縣市規模較小，不易左右市場價格，查訪中也未查有哄抬、囤積或聯合壟斷價格情形。
